My husband and I were needing to finally retire the Toyota Sienna family van. It was still running strong with 328,000 miles but I was ready for a change! I wanted a sporty RAV4 so I went to Robbins Toyota and met with Corvin Cook. I told him what I was looking for and over the next couple of months, he would contact me whenever there was a RAV4 that met my criteria- which kept changing which is why it took a couple of months to find what I really wanted. Corvin was attentive and patient with all my indecision and eventually found the perfect RAV4 for me. I compared the year model and mileage to others online and the price was plenty fair. The buying process went smoothly and Gabe Cabello in finance explaining everything to me and answered all my questions. The RAV4 was a trade in, but was clean as a whistle by the time it got to me. I’m so glad I stayed here in Texarkana with Robbins. With their excellent service, informed sales team, and fair prices, there was no reason to go anywhere else!

James made this a great experience. He answered all my questions without hesitation and did not make me feel like I was being pushed into buying a car. I also had a great experience with JB during the signing of papers. They both made this an easy and comfortable process. I am so glad I made the almost 2 hour drive.
